Muhsin Emre Baltalı has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as an Operation Engineer and Central Control Room Engineer at İskenderun Enerji Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. since July 2015, with responsibilities including monitoring a coal-fired thermal power plant and analyzing data from operational equipment. Prior to this role, Muhsin served as a Project Manager at RESMET for TUBITAK’s SME R&D Start-up Support Programme and as a Project Assistant at Cukurova University's MACTIMARUM research center. Muhsin began at İskenderun Enerji in an internship role within the Instrumentation & Control Department and also completed another engineering internship at Delta Teknik. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cukurova University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Anadolu University.
