Ahmet Bayraktar

Ahmet Bayraktar is an experienced Project Control Manager currently leading project controls at ISKER Group since June 2019, also serving as the PMO Head of Project Controls for the North Caspian Operating Company starting February 2023. Previously, Ahmet held roles as Lead Planning Engineer with Bechtel-Enka Joint Venture on the Future Growth Project in Kazakhstan, and with ŞENBAY-KOLİN-KALYON D.B. METRO YAPIM ORTAKLIĞI on the Dudullu-Bostancı Metro Project in Istanbul. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Control Engineer at Çelik İnşaat Ltd.Şti. on the Star of Bosporus Data Center and as Structural Works Engineer at Bayburt Group on the Eskişehir-İstanbul High Speed Train Project. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategic Project Management from the University of Kent and two engineering degrees from Anadolu University.
