Russell Bell

Russell Bell is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Project Procurement Manager at ISKER Group since September 2015. Previously, Russell has held roles at Petrofac, including Project Senior Buyer and Technical Buyer, responsible for all procurement activities on the Laggan Tormore contract and managing inquiries in the marketplace. Russell holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from Robert Gordon University, completed between 2014 and 2016, and has received education from Aberdeen Grammar School and the Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply.
