Mazen Behiry is a seasoned Senior Technical Support Engineer at Iskraemeco since April 2015, specializing in the installation and configuration of prepayment and smart meters, providing maintenance, and delivering technical support across various customer engagement levels. With expertise in both remote and onsite assistance, Mazen manages customer satisfaction while conducting site surveys and offering comprehensive training to utility and private sector engineers. Prior to Iskraemeco, Mazen served as a Technical Support Engineer and Electrical Engineer at Falcon Group, focusing on maintenance and programming of surveillance systems and related technologies.
