Sara Bakir

Sara Bakir is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a strong background in engineering and strategic management. Currently serving as the Head of Foreign Procurement at Iskraemeco since June 2021, Sara previously held roles as Team Leader of Procurement and Post Order at Saipem, and as a Supply Chain Specialist at BAUER KOMPRESSOREN EGYPT. Additional experience includes positions at Franke as a Senior Material/Production Planning Engineer and at Kohler Co. as a Material/Capacity and Capital Planning Engineer. Early in the career, Sara worked as a Project Engineer at Leoni, coordinating project management activities across automotive customers and production sites. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from a university.
