Smilja Dolgan Paternoster

Smilja Dolgan Paternoster currently serves as the Head Of Strategic Marketing at Iskraemeco, a position held since September 2019. Prior to this role, Smilja spent over a decade at 3M in various marketing positions, culminating in the role of Regional Marketing Leader for the PSD sector in the SEE region from April 2009 to September 2019.
