Kim Thompson is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Isla Bella Beach Resort since April 2020, Kim previously held the same title at Hawks Cay Resort for 12 years. Prior to that, Kim's career included roles as the Director of Sales at Wyndham Hotel in Jacksonville and as a Sales Manager at Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine. Kim's journey in sales began at Sea Turtle Inn, where the role of Director of Catering was undertaken from 1990 to 1999.
