Leslie Moya

Leslie Moya has a diverse work experience in revenue management and hospitality. They have recently been working at the Isla Bella Beach Resort as the Director of Revenue Management since June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Revenue Manager at the same company from June 2022 to June 2023. Before joining Isla Bella, Leslie worked at Exploria Resorts as a Revenue and Yield Inventory Manager from October 2021 to June 2022. They also held a position at Wyndham Destinations as a Senior Yield Analyst, Inventory Management for three years from October 2018 to October 2021. In addition, Leslie worked at Highgate as the Complex Reservations Manager and Acting Complex Revenue Analyst from August 2017 to October 2018. They also have experience at Destination Hotels as a Group Rooms Coordinator & Revenue Analyst from February 2016 to August 2017. Prior to their hospitality career, Leslie worked at Singularcom as a Commercial Director and Training Manager from August 2012 to November 2015. They began their career at the Riverwalk Plaza Hotel, where they held various roles such as Revenue, Front Desk, and Reservations Manager from April 2010 to May 2011. Their prior experience includes roles at Contessa/Benchmark Hospitality as a Reservations Agent and PBX Operator from February 2009 to April 2010, as well as at Gap Inc as a Retail Sales Agent from June 2008 to February 2009.

Leslie Moya has a diverse educational background. In 2005, they graduated from The Woodlands High School. Leslie then went on to attend Texas State University from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration and Management. In 2012, Leslie obtained certifications in Hotel Revenue Management and Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management: Pricing and Demand Strategies from Cornell University.

Leslie continued their education at Universidad de La Sabana, where they completed a specialization in Strategic Management from 2014 to 2015. Leslie further enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications in Cultural Intelligence from Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2021. In addition, they obtained certifications in Development of Managerial Skills, Strategic Thinking, and Coaching for Sales from Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá in 2013.
