Akuha Aondoakaa (PhD)

Dr. Akuha Aondoakaa has a diverse work experience in the field of computer vision, data science, and autonomous systems. Currently, Dr. Aondaokaa is working as a Computer Vision Engineer at Islacare, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, in 2022, Dr. Aondaokaa worked as a Data Scientist at Cambridge Spark, ending in January 2023. From 2019 to 2021, Dr. Aondaokaa served as an Autonomous Scientist at AIDRIVERS LTD. Additionally, Dr. Aondaokaa worked at Brunel University London, where they held positions as a Research Assistant from January 2018 to February 2019 and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2016 to March 2018.

Akuha Aondoakaa completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Multimedia & Gaming at Brunel University London from 2010 to 2012. Continuing their education at the same institution, Akuha pursued an MSc in Advanced Multimedia Design and 3D Technologies, which they completed from 2014 to 2015. Their educational journey culminated in achieving a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics Research at Brunel University London from 2016 to 2019.
