Mubshir Abbasi

Mubshir Abbasi is an established finance professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, currently serving as Senior International Finance Manager at Islamic Relief Worldwide since April 2010, following roles as Regional Finance Manager and Senior Field Accountant. Beginning the career at Islamic Relief in October 2001 as Finance Manager, Mubshir has also held the position of Company Secretary at Islamic Relief Pakistan since December 2005. Responsibilities encompass supervision of the finance department, funds management, financial controls, annual audits, and comprehensive reporting to headquarters and donors. Mubshir holds qualifications from CIMA and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan, attaining ACMA and qualified management level in Management Accounting.
