Muhammad Zulqarnain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in humanitarian and development sectors, holding the position of Country Director for Islamic Relief Worldwide, overseeing missions in Afghanistan and Jordan since November 2016. With a strong background in program management, Zulqarnain has previously served as Head of Programs in Yemen, focusing on the design and implementation of IRY programs and engaging with stakeholders, including donors and government entities. Previous roles include managing food security and livelihoods at Save the Children and supervising teams in Yemen for Islamic Relief Worldwide. Zulqarnain holds a Master's degree in Anthropology from Quaid-e-Azam University and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of the Punjab.
