Dr Muhammad Fahmy (Ph.D.

Dr. Muhammad Fahmy holds extensive experience in academia and business consulting, currently serving as a Lecturer at ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي since February 2024 and as a Business & Finance Instructor at QFBAcademy since September 2016. Dr. Fahmy is also the Head of the Projects Management Section and an Associate Professor of Business Management at the Islamic University of Minnesota, alongside previous roles including BOD Business Consultant and General Manager at Al Hattab FMCG. Dr. Fahmy's expertise spans project management, training programs in management and finance, and strategic consulting, with a strong background in developing partnerships and conducting market research. Dr. Fahmy's education includes a PhD from the Islamic University of Turkey, an MBA, and a DBA from American International Theism University, complemented by executive education from Wharton.
