Lisa Giordano

Lisa Giordano, MBA, HRM has extensive work experience in various roles. Lisa has been the Chief Executive Officer at LEVEL LUCID since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Island Auto Group from August 2021. Lisa also worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and in other human resources roles at Island Auto Group since July 2015. Lisa has been a member of ABWA - WNY Charter Chapter since August 2021. Before that, they were involved in self-publishing and received an Honorable Mention in Poetry for their book "Moon Chaser: Running from the Sun." Lisa also worked at Monster as an Administrative Assistant and Administrative Support Associate, where they handled various administrative tasks and managed projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Curriculum Editor at the National Traffic Safety Institute Inc., a Floor Supervisor and Early Education Teacher at 4 Angels Daycare, Inc., and an Administrative Assistant at Jack L. Gordon Architects. Lisa began their career at Best Buy as a Customer Assistant and Sales Operator. Lisa also has experience as a Teacher at Gymboree Play & Music, where they provided educational lessons for young children.

Lisa Giordano has a strong education background in business management and human resource management. Lisa obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Writing from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they received their HS Regents Diploma with a focus on Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from Saint Joseph by the Sea High School from 1999 to 2003. Most recently, Lisa completed their MBA in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from SUNY Empire State College from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Lisa has acquired various certifications in areas such as human resource management, leadership, and emergency planning from institutions like State University of New York Empire State College, LinkedIn, FEMA, and Alison.
