Jared Karpf

Jared Karpf is a seasoned real estate investment professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and investments. Currently serving as a Real Estate Investment Professional at Island Capital Group LLC since February 2022, Jared focuses on principal investments. Previously, Jared worked at DRA Advisors from April 2019 to February 2022, also as a Real Estate Investment Professional, specializing in acquisitions. Prior roles include Senior Analyst and Analyst in investments at JBG SMITH and a Real Estate Research Analyst at Linneman Associates. Additionally, Jared gained experience as a Summer Analyst in Real Estate Private Equity and Listed Securities at CenterSquare Investment Management. Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Urban Real Estate & Development from the University of Pennsylvania and is an alumnus of William Penn Charter School.
