Island EMS, a subsidiary of Medavie Health Services (MHS), began operating the ground ambulance service in Prince Edward Island in April 2006 and is responsible for the optimal operation and management of an integrated, service-led primary health care organization including Medacom Atlantic and the PEI Mobile Mental Health Program. People are the biggest drivers of our success, and we are excited to continue building a healthier Prince Edward Island together.
