Courtney DeYoung (Schafer), CPA, currently serves as the Inventory Accounting Supervisor at Island Energy Services, LLC, where career progression included roles as Senior Accountant and Inventory Analyst since December 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Audit Staff at Plante Moran and working as a Graduate Assistant at Grand Valley State University, supporting accounting faculty and tutoring students. Additional internships involved preparing personal tax returns for SpartanNash employees and assisting with accounting tasks at Heritage Homes, Inc. Courtney holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, along with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University.
