Tammy Fitzpatrick

Tammy Fitzpatrick, PhD, serves as Co-Founder and Principal at Candor, where the focus is on assisting growth-oriented technology companies with M&A and transformative changes to enhance performance and identify opportunities. As Founder and CEO of The Fitzpatrick Collective, the emphasis is on empowering leaders to foster positive cultural changes through a human-centered approach. Tammy also operates as an Independent Business Owner at Island Fin Poke Company and holds the position of Associate Professor at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, teaching various graduate-level business courses. Previous roles include Director of Culture & Engagement at HCA Healthcare, Department Chair for the Masters Program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Argosy University, and Dean of Graduate Programs at Minnesota School of Business. Tammy's educational background includes a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, an MS in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University, and dual bachelor's degrees in Human Resources and Marketing from UCF College of Business.
