Alexandra Melanson

Alexandra Melanson is an experienced medical imaging professional who currently serves as the Manager at Island Health for Comox, Campbell River, Port Hardy, and other island MI sites. Previously, Alexandra held roles as a Site Supervisor at West Coast General Hospital and Tofino General Hospital, a Course Instructor at Camosun College, a CT Technologist and Interventional Radiographer at Vancouver Coastal Health, a Radiographer at BC Children's Hospital specializing in pediatric radiology, and a Radiographer at Vancouver General Hospital. Alexandra has a diverse educational background, including certifications in project management and healthcare leadership, an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology/Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
