David Little

David Little, MA has a diverse work experience in various management positions. David has worked at Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority since 2012, starting as a Violence Prevention Safety Advisor and progressing to roles such as Team Leader for Contract Management, Team Leader for Operations, and Coordinator for Parking and Fleet Services. In these roles, they managed budgets, supervised staff, and implemented performance metrics to improve services. David also worked at BC Transit as a Transit Manager, Operations, where they oversaw the operations of the province's largest transit systems and focused on contract management and continuous improvement. Currently, they are the Director of Contract Performance Management at Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority.

David Little, MA completed a Master's Degree in Conflict Analysis and Management (MACAM) from Royal Roads University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Criminal Justice from Camosun College between 2003 and 2005.
