Nica Novlesky

Nica Novlesky is a dedicated professional in the field of mental health and community support, currently serving as a Mental Health, Substance Use, Addiction and Recovery Worker on the Intensive Case Management Team at Island Health since June 2023. With extensive experience in various roles, Nica has worked with diverse populations, including youth, Indigenous communities, and individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges across multiple organizations.
