Tassiana Malgarin

Tassiana Malgarin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition, recruitment, administrative assistance, and communications and human resources management. Tassiana worked at Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority as a Lead - Talent Acquisition and a Recruiter, and also served as a Recruitment Associate and Administrative Assistant within the same organization. Prior to that, they worked as a Front Desk Manager at My Foot Reflexology. Tassiana also gained experience as a Communications and Human Resources Manager at Vortex Arquitetura Ltda., a Marketing Intern at Grupo Fresal Embalagens, and a Communications and Marketing Coordinator at Móca Store and Coffee. Tassiana started their career as a Marketing Assistant and Corporate Event Planner at Hospital Moinhos de Vento.

Tassiana Malgarin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 2004 and 2009. Following that, from 2010 to 2011, Malgarin pursued a Post-Degree Diploma in Business with a specialization in Strategic Leadership and Personnel management at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Later, from 2015 to 2017, Malgarin attended Camosun College, where they obtained a Post-Degree Diploma in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management & Leadership.
