Alicia Pascua

Alicia Pascua, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the VP of Human Resources - People & Culture at Island Hospitality Management since March 2023. With a robust background in human resources, Alicia previously held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at C&W Services from November 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included supporting field operations and managing employee relations in a multi-location environment. Prior experience includes roles at Dart Container Sales Company, where Alicia advanced from HR Generalist to Sr. Human Resources Generalist & Supervisor, overseeing international HR functions and employee development initiatives. Earlier positions include HR Administrator at Ultimate Water & Coffee, HR Generalist at Travelpro, and Staff Assistant at Penn State University. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Spanish from Trinity University and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
