Leigh Comis

Leigh Comis, CHIA, CHDM, is an accomplished hospitality professional currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Island Hospitality Management since June 2025. Previously, Leigh held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GF Hotels & Resorts from November 2023 to June 2025, and served as Regional Director of Sales and Area Director of Sales at Aimbridge Hospitality from November 2018 to November 2023. Early career experiences include a role as Sales Manager at Doubletree by Hilton in Colorado Springs from 2017 to November 2018, where Leigh excelled in targeting Association, Sports, and Religious markets for a 299-room property, and as Director of Sales and Marketing for both Courtyard Carolina Beach Oceanfront and Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott at Crestline Hotels & Resorts from November 2015 to October 2017. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
