Nova P Kim, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Agency Partners Program Manager at Island Insurance Company since March 2010. In this role, Nova oversees program management, training, education, and sales, driving direct premium growth by collaborating with team leaders to enhance sales motivation. Previously, Nova taught personal lines courses as a lecturer at the University of Hawaii and held management positions at Farmers Insurance Hawaii, where responsibilities included customer service improvement and sales team support. Earlier experience includes roles at Hawaii Insurance Consultant, where Nova managed the Personal Lines department and excelled as a top producer as an Account Executive. Nova holds a degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
