Reid Hokama has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1994, they worked as an Investment Analyst at Bank of Hawaii until 1999. From 1999 to 2004, they served as the Director of Operations at Performance Marketing International. In 2005, they worked as a Summer Associate at Aetos Capital LLC. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Relationship Analyst at Wellington Management. In 2014, they joined Tao Investments Hawaii as a Director of Research and stayed there until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as the VP & Investment Strategy Manager at Central Pacific Bank. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Personal Lines & Marketing at Island Insurance.
Reid Hokama has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Reid also holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
