Tishana Saunders

Tishana Saunders, PHRi, has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Tishana'smost recent role is the Director of Operations at Island Luck - Playtech Systems Ltd, where they have been since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company from May 2021 to March 2023. Tishana also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Commonwealth Brewery Ltd. from January 2019 to May 2021. Tishana Saunders, PHRi, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Napier University. Tishana also obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Hospitality Management from the University of The Bahamas. In 2019, they received the Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) certification from HRCI. Additionally, they hold the certification of Certified BahamaHost Professional from the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism.
