Meredith Byrne

Meredith Byrne is a seasoned professional in healthcare management, currently serving as the Care Integration Program Manager at VNA Health Care since May 2021, where responsibilities include co-leading the implementation of a Care Integration Management System for at-risk children and managing system documentation. In addition, Meredith works as a Project Manager at IPRO, focusing on Performance Improvement Projects and audits for Medicaid/Medicare. With a long history at LogistiCare Solutions, Meredith has played a significant role in implementing transportation contracts for New Jersey. Previous experience includes positions as a Lead Case Manager at University Health Plans, where supervision of staff and completing needs assessments were key responsibilities.
