Matthew Schieferstein

Matthew Schieferstein, CHMM, currently serves as the Hazardous Materials Program Manager at Approved Storage and Waste Hauling Inc. since December 2023. Previously, from September 2013 to December 2023, Schieferstein held the position of Corporate Safety Manager at Island Pump & Tank Corp, where responsibilities included developing a Corporate Safety Manual and maintaining the Hazardous Communication Program. Schieferstein also served as the Environmental Services Manager at both Island Pump & Tank Corp and Advanced Waste Water Treatment Corp. from December 2016 to December 2023. Prior experience includes department management and project management roles at Fenley & Nicol Environmental, Inc., Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc., and Anson Environmental, Ltd. Matthew Schieferstein earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Delaware Valley University.
