Currently serving as President of both Island Service Group since May 2019 and Ince, LLC since January 2019, Sean Ince has demonstrated expertise in organic growth and acquisitions in the home and light commercial services segment as well as in real estate investment and business consulting. Previously, as Vice President of Sales at Pro1 IAQ, Sean Ince led a team that successfully doubled company revenue over five years and managed significant national accounts. Sean Ince's career also includes key roles at Johnstone Supply, where responsibilities ranged from marketing direction to territory management, and leadership at Advanced Movers, overseeing regional operations.
