Adam Thompson

Adam Thompson has worked in various roles since 1999. Adam started their career as a Technology Education Teacher at Butler Area School District in 1999. Adam then became an Assistant Network Administrator at Americal Glass Research in 2002, followed by a Network Administrator role at North Allegheny School District in 2004. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as an ASP.NET Developer at Openherd.com. Adam then moved on to a System Engineer role at Blue Coat Systems from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Zscaler as a System Engineer and is currently employed as a Sales Engineer at Island since 2022.

Adam Thompson obtained a Bachelor's degree from PennWest California in Technology Teacher Education/Industrial Arts Teacher Education between 1994 and 1998. Adam then attended Pittsburgh Technical College and obtained an MNP Program in Information Technology between 2001 and 2002. Additionally, they hold a Microsoft Certified System Engineer certification from Microsoft.
