🏝Derek Carver

Derek Carver has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2002 as Assistant Director IT for Nashville Metro Govt. In 2007, they moved to Blue Coat Systems as an Engineer. In 2011, they were hired at f5 Network as Field Systems Engineer III. In 2012, they joined Websense as Senior SE. 🏝Derek then moved to FireEye in 2013 as Senior SE. In 2015, they were hired at Carbon Black, Inc. as Senior Sales Engineer. In 2016, they were hired at Tanium as Director of Technical Account Management. Most recently, in 2022, they were hired at Island as Sales Engineer.

Derek Carver obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Lipscomb University between 1987 and 1990. 🏝Derek then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Science at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
