Gilad Waldman

Program Manager at Island

Gilad Waldman has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as the CEO of Duvdevan Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting hundreds of active duty soldiers. Here, they were responsible for fund-raising and creating relationships with multiple organizations worldwide for project support. In 2014, they began working as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer at Scodix, where they designed and solved complex problems using SolidWorks and created BOMs and Jigs for the proper use of the machines. In 2017, they joined Applied Materials as a GPS Engineer, solving high complex issues and addressing customers' concerns. In 2019, they began working at Claroty as an Engineering Program Manager, creating and tracking project schedules, facilitating communication across Product-Engineering and other stakeholders, and proactively identifying any issues, concerns, or challenges of assigned projects. Finally, in 2022, they joined Island as a Program Manager.

Gilad Waldman attended Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
