Yoav Orot

Yoav Orot is a Principal Engineer at Island since November 2020, with extensive experience in cybersecurity and software engineering. Prior roles include Principal Engineer and various managerial positions at Cybereason, where Yoav led teams in the design and development of Windows endpoint kernel drivers and agents, and directed research and development efforts for advanced security features. Yoav has also contributed as an instructor for a cybersecurity engineering course at Israel Tech Challenge, and held senior engineering roles at AlfaTech Ltd., Razel Group, and in mandatory military service, specializing in mobile security, low-level programming, and network protocols.
