Jón Ómarsson

Jón Ómarsson is the current Chief Executive Officer at Íslandsbanki since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jón held the position of CFO and Executive Director at Islandsbanki since 2005, where he also served as Head of Treasury. Jón attended Harvard Business School in September 2022 for the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Business Administration and Management. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Háskóli Íslands and has a strong educational background from Georgia Institute of Technology.
