With a solid background that includes project management for system upgrades, over 20 years of providing 24/7 customer support, and achieving high audit scores, Michael has demonstrated expertise in IT operations, vendor contract negotiation, and system maintenance. Previous experience includes technical roles at Spectrum Control and extensive education with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
