Mark Sillett

Mark Sillett has extensive experience in fire safety and adult social care. Since April 2017, Mark has served as a Reablement Leader in Adult Social Care for the Isle of Wight Council. Concurrently, Mark has held the position of Chief Fire Inspector and Fire Officer at ATCO Structures & Logistics since May 2014, where Mark directs a team of fire inspectors to ensure compliance with fire safety codes. Prior to these roles, Mark held various positions at ATCO Frontec Europe Ltd., including Platoon Chief, where responsibilities involved overseeing firefighting operations at Kandahar Air Field, and Structural Lead Firefighter, managing training and fire prevention programs. Mark began their career with the UK Ministry of Defence, serving as Defence Fire & Rescue Watch Manager for over two decades. Mark holds a Diploma in Adult Social Care from Isle of Wight C.L.C and additional relevant education in the field.
