Cameron McPhail is a Management Consultant at Isle Utilities since February 2019, specializing in business operations consulting through the creation of global benchmarking programs for over 20 clients and the development of economic models for technology and digital transformation strategies. Previously, Cameron served as a PhD Candidate at the University of Adelaide from March 2016 to August 2020, where a new standard framework for decision-making under deep uncertainty was established, accompanied by the creation of an open-source Python software package. Additionally, Cameron worked as a Teaching Assistant for an Environmental Modelling & Management undergraduate course and as a Software Developer at Optimatics, leading trials of new algorithms and developing client-specific solutions using C++, JavaScript, and Python. Cameron holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Strategic decision-making under uncertainty and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil & Structural from the University of Adelaide.
