Rajan Koirala

Rajan Koirala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, education, and youth development. Currently serving as a Faculty of MBA in Leadership at Islington College, Rajan guides future leaders while also operating as the Founder and Chief Mindset Officer at Mindset Cube, a coaching and counseling firm for Nepalese youth. Additionally, Rajan holds advisory roles with the Nepal Youth Council and AIESEC in Nepal, focusing on strategic development and youth empowerment. Previously, Rajan has worked as a Management Consultant for MarphaTech Pvt. Ltd., Chief Business Officer at Edusanjal, and Marketing Manager at merojob, among other roles. Rajan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Arlington, complemented by various qualifications in non-profit management.
