Vytenis (WeTennis) Pakenas has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vytenis (WeTennis) currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of isLucid, a company that provides a voice and AI controlled digital meeting assistant for employees. Previously, they were the CEO of DoneDeal Today, where they developed an AI assistant that turned verbally arranged details into documents instantly. Vytenis (WeTennis) also worked as the Interim Product Owner for Software at Diabetis JSC, overseeing medical software development and ensuring compliance with regulations. Vytenis co-founded Crafts and served as an advisor at Mediapark after its acquisition. Vytenis (WeTennis) was also the CEO of Sharecruit AI, where they implemented AI and Machine Learning solutions to transform recruitment processes. Additionally, they held positions at JobRely, JCI Sostinė, JCI Lithuania, SIR EU, and UAB Naujos Sistemos, where they contributed to project management and communication roles.

Vytenis (WeTennis) Pakenas attended Panevėžys Juozas Balčikonis gymnasium from 1998 to 2006. Then, they pursued their undergraduate education at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, studying Bioinformatics from 2006 to 2008 and Management of Information Systems from 2008 to 2012.
