Deepti Bhalla is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network operations and technical support. Currently serving as a Team Lead at ISM since September 2015, Deepti has expertise in configuring Cisco devices, conducting E-Health monitoring, and managing user support and network tasks. Previous roles include Teaching Assistant positions at the University of Regina, where Deepti facilitated courses in programming, information society, and database systems. Additional experience includes research in Natural Language Processing at Banasthali University, developing a machine translation tool for English-Punjabi. Deepti holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Regina and Banasthali Vidyapith, along with a Bachelor’s Degree from Kurukshetra University.
