Derek Welder is an accomplished Senior Manager of Operations at ISM since January 2015, overseeing Business Solutions Architects and Technical Solutions Managers while maintaining responsibilities as a Business Solutions Architect. Prior to this, Derek held various positions within the Government of Saskatchewan, including Director of Interactive Communication for the Premier, where management of interactive communications and content for the Premier's website and social media was key. Derek's career began in programming and analysis, with significant roles as a Senior Programmer and Programmer Analyst, coupled with experience as an AMS Manager. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Regina, earned between 1989 and 1993.
