With a career that includes roles such as Account Executive, Delivery Project Executive, Service Desk Manager, and Service Desk Analyst at ISM Canada, Gina has developed a robust skill set in managing client relationships and overseeing service operations. Prior to ISM Canada, Gina worked as a Service Desk Analyst at CDSL and as a Software Trainer at Polar Bear Software Company. Gina holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Business and a Certificate in Administration, both from the University of Regina.
