Rachelle Clarke has over 26 years of experience in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the VP of People, Culture and Information Security at ISM since April 2009. Prior roles at ISM include Director of People & Culture and Information Security Officer, as well as Manager of Human Resources and Manager of End User Services. Prior to joining ISM, Rachelle Clarke worked at PBSC from 1997 to 2003 as an Instructor and Curriculum Developer, contributing to education and training initiatives.
