Mike's career began at Hays, where from September 1997 to May 2004, a progression from Manager/Section Manager in Construction Recruitment to Manager/Office Manager in Logistics Personnel was achieved. Earlier experience includes a role as a Marketing Executive at Creative Management from 1995 to 1997. Mike holds a Fetac Level 6 degree in Employment Law from the National College of Ireland, along with a Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland and studies at the University of South Wales.
