Gabriel Caustrita has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2002 to 2007, they were employed at Hot Topic as a Network Administrator, where they facilitated smooth network and operations for 500 on-site users/computers, and a total of 1500 remote users/computers across 600 locations for a $200 million Fortune 500 company. Gabriel then moved on to Phoenix Marketing as a System Administrator from 2007 to 2012, where they provided level 3 network/server/desktop support for office and distribution center, and managed a data center consisting of file, application, database, AD, DC, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, UNIX and Apache web servers. In 2012, they began working at Arvixe.com as a Sr Windows Administrator, where they administered a server environment that consisted of 2000+ virtual, shared and dedicated servers (CentOS and Windows IIS Servers), and assisted customers via phone, email and chat support to resolve tier 3 web hosting and server related issues. Currently, they are employed at ISN Global Enterprises, Inc. as a Technical Services Manager and System Administrator, where they provide tier 3 desktop, server, network support (LAN & WAN) for a managed service provider (MSP) including the company's main office users and over 70 remote client locations. Gabriel also manages Cisco, Sonicwall, Draytek routers/firewalls, network monitoring and server monitoring both on- and off-site, and maintains file, application, AD, DC, DHCP, DNS, Exchange FTP and IIS servers.

Gabriel Caustrita attended High Tech Institute from 1999 to 2000, where they earned a CNIT degree in Computer Networking & Information Technology.
