David Bibby

David Bibby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and health and safety management. Currently serving as Senior Director of EMEA Operations at ISN since March 2013, David oversees operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on client relationships, new business development, and contractor management solutions. Prior roles at ISN include Director and Senior Manager positions, where David led client development and customer service teams, particularly in the Steel and Metals sector. Previously, as UK Health, Safety, and Environment Manager for the World Duty Free Group, David managed health and safety systems for over 60 stores and distribution centers. Additionally, experience as a HM Inspector of Health and Safety at the Health and Safety Executive involved regulatory inspections and accident investigations in the South of England. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Swansea University and a postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Warwick.
