Mark Gerlach

Mark Gerlach has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Mark started their career at Imperial Clinical Research Support as a Junior Graphic Designer from September 2009 to July 2010. Mark then worked as a Graphic Designer at the same company from July 2010 to February 2014.

In 2014, Mark transitioned to ISN where they began as a Graphic Designer in February 2014 and was eventually promoted to Advanced Graphic Designer in January 2015. Mark further advanced to the role of Senior Graphic Designer from January 2016 to July 2017. Following this, they took on the position of Design Supervisor from July 2017 to July 2019.

Continuing their growth, Mark then became a Group Supervisor in Design & User Experience at ISN from July 2019 to January 2021. Mark further progressed to the role of Senior Group Supervisor from January 2021 to April 2022, and then to Senior Team Lead in Design & User Experience from April 2022 to July 2023. Currently, Mark holds the position of Manager in User Experience at ISN since July 2023.

Mark Gerlach attended Ferris State University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design.
