Taylor Rood

Taylor Rood, PMP, is a 7x certified Salesforce Technical Lead at ISN, where they serve as a Salesforce Solution Architect on the Enterprise CRM Team. Since 2019, Taylor has led the implementation of various Salesforce products company-wide, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies. Previously, they worked as an Advanced Marketing Specialist and Salesforce Administrator at ISN, where they developed marketing strategies and managed Salesforce accounts. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University, earned in 2013.
