Walter Haug

Walter Haug, FSA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Currently serving as an ESG Senior Specialist at ISN since June 2021, Walter has held various roles in the ESG domain, including ESG Specialist and Senior ESG Coordinator. Prior roles include Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst at EcoVadis and positions related to sustainability and research at Texas A&M University and the Responsible Business Alliance. Walter’s academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Development and Economic Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian from Texas A&M University, complemented by a certificate in Russian Language and Literature from the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Walter’s early experience includes an internship with Greg Abbott's gubernatorial campaign, where significant contributions led to enhanced voter engagement.
