Alan McBride

Alan McBride is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system planning and transmission analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of System Planning at ISO New England Inc. since April 2015, Alan previously held various positions at the same organization, including Director and Manager of Area Transmission Planning. Prior experience includes the role of Manager in Transmission Analysis & Strategy at Calpine from 2002 to 2006. Alan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from University College Dublin.
